Here at the Newham property blog, we thought it would be interesting to look at the top 30, most popular streets in and around the E15 post code area.
But how do you start by defining "most popular"? There were a number of parameters that we considered but ultimately we decided to rank the streets based on how many property transactions occurred on that street since 1998. Using land registry data we then compiled our league table! The very first video has just been completed and you can watch it by clicking on this link:
